Dubrovnik to Split in a private van
The Pelješac Bridge changed this route. The road now stays in Croatia all the way, so there is no border stop at Neum and the drive is easier to plan.
Dalibor picks you up at your door and drops you at your hotel, apartment or the ferry port in Split. Split to Dubrovnik works just the same.

Catching a ferry or a flight
Send the departure time. The pick-up is set with a buffer for summer traffic, which on an August Saturday can add an hour.
A coffee stop on the way is no problem. For a longer break, have a look at the transfers with stops.
Questions about Split
Is there a border on the way?
No. Bring your usual ID anyway.
Will six people and their suitcases fit?
There are six seats, and the owner states room for six medium suitcases. Large cases change that, so send your list first.
