What the form collects
Name and surname, mobile number, email address (optional), date, pick-up time, number of passengers, luggage, pick-up point, destination and your message. In the message you may add a flight number, details about your bags or other requests.
Why we use your details
To reply to your enquiry, to arrange and carry out the ride, and to meet our legal obligations. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing the transport you book (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and compliance with our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Hosting and delivery of enquiries
The website runs on Cloudflare, which processes the technical data required to serve the pages and keep them secure. Enquiries are sent by email through Resend (Resend, Inc.), an email service provider based in the USA. Form data sent to Resend in the USA are transferred under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
At the same time, form data are stored in our enquiry records, a Cloudflare database in the European Union. NADIGRA, the developer of this website, runs these records for us.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, the chat takes place in the WhatsApp app (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta) under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Until you tap the button, the website passes no data to WhatsApp; it only opens the chat.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies of our own on this website and run no analytics or advertising tools.
How long we keep data
For as long as needed to arrange and carry out the ride and to meet our legal obligations.
