FAQ
Questions before you book
The short answer to most of them: message Dalibor on WhatsApp. The longer answers are below.
Booking
How do I book a ride?
Send a WhatsApp message to +385 99 752 8417 with the date, time, pick-up, destination, passengers and bags. You can also call, write to kenova-taxi@hotmail.com or use the form.
When is my ride confirmed?
When Dalibor confirms it personally on WhatsApp or by phone. A form or an email on its own does not book anything.
Can I change the details later?
Yes. Send the change in the same WhatsApp chat and wait until Dalibor confirms the new details.
Prices
Are the prices per person?
No. They are for the whole vehicle, one way, in two group sizes: 1 to 3 passengers and 4 to 6.
Is there a night surcharge?
Yes. Rides between 00:00 and 06:00 cost €5 more per vehicle.
What about destinations without a listed price?
Cavtat, Kotor, Budva, Mostar and Međugorje are quoted on request. Send the addresses and the time, and you get the price before anything is booked.
The van and luggage
How many people fit in the van?
Up to six passengers in the Ford Tourneo Connect.
How much luggage fits?
The owner states room for six medium suitcases. Large suitcases, golf bags or pushchairs take more space, so send your list and Dalibor checks before he confirms.
Do you have child seats?
Child seats are on request. Ask when you book and give the child's age.
Day trips
Who runs the day trips?
Kenova Taxi. Every day trip on this website is a private trip with Dalibor in his own van, for your group only.
Are tickets and meals included?
No. Entrance fees, boat rides, food and tastings are paid separately on the day.
Is Dalibor a tour guide?
He is your driver, not a licensed guide. He knows good places to stop and eat; if you want a licensed guide in a town, ask in advance.
Borders
What documents do we need for Montenegro or Bosnia and Herzegovina?
Every traveller, children too, needs a valid passport or ID card. EU citizens can usually travel with an ID card; others should check the rules for their nationality.
Do we cross a border on the way to Split?
No. Thanks to the Pelješac Bridge, the whole drive stays inside Croatia.
